They are a very good tech shop. Juvix is crazy (in a good way). Man definitely knows his tech. I would highly recommend them for all you tech needs, we will be coming back to him. A+++

My experience was great!! My Mom cracked the screen on her tablet and her tablet is her LIFE, lol!! Juvix replaced the screen quickly and at an affordable rate. My Mom said, “It looks brand new!” Thanks Juvix!!

Juvix the Tech Guy is just great! I am not tech savvy, so the fact that he explained, in clear language, everything that had happened to my laptop and its software was exceptional. He diagnosed the problem, got a good fix for it, quickly, and at a low cost. He is very customer-oriented. I will go back to him with any tech problems I have in the future, and recommend him highly to those of you who are technology challenged like me. He's very nice, very smart, and very responsive. What else would you want?

Friendly and talented— Juvix and his team of techies are hands down the best computer technicians I’ve ever worked with. They fixed an older model laptop that everyone else struggled to find the part for- one well-known tech company told me it was almost impossible to get the part I needed - that it would take over a month to get- Juvix fixed it in no time. Justin was great - friendly, affordable, and quick once he got the parts for what I wanted done! The only thing remotely negatively I'd have to say is sometimes communication was difficult - that being said though, still 5 stars!

Tip: Park on Chestnut Street side of the building and enter through Mill Centre entrance with the wooden steps and blue awning for easy access to this business.

I had a fantastic experience with Juvix. It was my first time contacting a computer repair place and he was great at letting me know costs, the process, and explaining things to me when I was very disorganized with my info. He was so patient and kind, which made it much easier to communicate with him in general. My laptop is running so much better now that it's back. I can't recommend him enough and though I hope I don't have many technological issues in the future, if I do, I will happily bring them to him.

Took my PS4 to get a new HDMI port installed they took one look at it and immediately noticed it needed cleaning and gave me a great deal. I paid under a 100 bucks for everything would refer their service to everyone. Great Job guys.

Had a very nice experience with these guys. I spilled hot tea on my laptop and took a minute too long to turn it off. Took it over the next morning. These guys patiently heard my concerns and gave me updates every time I wanted to know about the status. What I had thought of initially as being a hefty logic board replacement, turned out to be a thorough cleaning and replacement of some other parts. All my data and software is intact and the price seems to be reasonable. Would recommend these guys.

I took my laptop in two or three days ago because the inside of my charging port on my laptop was broken and I decided to take it in to get fix and 😌💖 when I tell you they fix it over night I was so happy and they have a great affordable price for the fix I was so amazed at house fast the job was I could jump for joy and run in a circle 😂anyways they are very quick workers and everyone is so nice I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know who needs the help

This was the best computer tech I've ever met. He resolved my issue in a few minutes and unlike various other places he didn't charge me a crazy amount of money because of his knowledge and my lack of knowledge.
