I feel very fortunate to have found Juvix. He is not just very knowledgeable and professional, but he goes the extra mile. He repaired my laptop and gave me a great deal on a computer.

I took my laptop in two or three days ago because the inside of my charging port on my laptop was broken and I decided to take it in to get fix and 😌💖 when I tell you they fix it over night I was so happy and they have a great affordable price for the fix I was so amazed at house fast the job was I could jump for joy and run in a circle 😂anyways they are very quick workers and everyone is so nice I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know who needs the help

Friendly and talented— Juvix and his team of techies are hands down the best computer technicians I’ve ever worked with. They fixed an older model laptop that everyone else struggled to find the part for- one well-known tech company told me it was almost impossible to get the part I needed - that it would take over a month to get- Juvix fixed it in no time. Took my PS4 to get a new HDMI port installed they took one look at it and immediately noticed it needed cleaning and gave me a great deal. I paid under a 100 bucks for everything would refer their service to everyone. Great Job guys.

What a great experience! From the very beginning Juvix was really responsive and made it easy to get there. From there, it was really obvious that this guy knows his stuff and explains and shows you everything. He’s very clear, works quickly and very well for a really good price. I’m a student who was in a crazy time crunch as I prepared to study abroad and he was able to affordably accommodate everything I needed in a super timely fashion.

Had a very nice experience with these guys. I spilled hot tea on my laptop and took a minute too long to turn it off. Took it over the next morning. These guys patiently heard my concerns and gave me updates every time I wanted to know about the status. What I had thought of initially as being a hefty logic board replacement, turned out to be a thorough cleaning and replacement of some other parts. All my data and software is intact and the price seems to be reasonable. Would recommend these guys.

Excellent service!!! Dude really knows his stuff and is super nice. High recommend him. He fixed my iPhone that I dropped in the sink. He told me straight up that liquid damage can be repaired but for me to bring my phone him asap, and so I did. Yo really fixed my phone using his microscope thing. Thankful for the care taken to get my laptop up and running again. Friendly service and willing to do whatever it takes to resolve your issue. My husband and I enjoyed conversing with Juvix and we learned a lot about how technology works. Reasonably priced and fast service. Highly recommended. Tip: Park on Chestnut Street side of the building and enter through Mill Centre entrance with the wooden steps and blue awning for easy access to this business.

I had a great experience with Juvix! I have a MacBook pro that is out of warranty and he replaced my top case at half the price of the “Apple Authorized” places and was twice as pleasant to work with. Honestly, I’ll check with him before I have any computer repairs in the future. Very happy I stumbled upon Juvix! (Also the building Juvix is located in is a pretty cool small business hub, if you haven’t seen it, that’s a bonus)

I didn’t win the Powerball last night, but I hit the jackpot this morning when I called Juvix. 🙂 I can’t begin to express how grateful I am. My hard drive failed late last night and I called Juvix this morning in a bit of a panic. He calmly asked me questions and made time for me today. I am walking out a few hours later with my computer operating better than when I went in. Juvix took as much time as needed to make sure I was comfortable with what he was doing. And the price was definitely right. I can’t even describe what he provides as exceptional customer service. It is exceptional humanity. Juvix is a killer tech guy with a big heart. When you meet a person like him, it almost makes you grateful your hard drive crashed...almost. 😉
