I had an on a scale of 1-10 10! Kind of emergency and Juvix the tech guy was literally a saving grace ! My phone completely turned into a dud and he was able to save it with swapping with another screen I had all while still saving my facial recognition . He is literally a saving grace . He is the best and convenient! I HIGHLY recommend

Thankful for the care taken to get my laptop up and running again. Friendly service and willing to do whatever it takes to resolve your issue. My husband and I enjoyed conversing with Juvix and we learned a lot about how technology works. Reasonably priced and fast service. Highly recommended. Tip: Park on Chestnut Street side of the building and enter through Mill Centre entrance with the wooden steps and blue awning for easy access to this business.

I had a fantastic experience with Juvix. It was my first time contacting a computer repair place and he was great at letting me know costs, the process, and explaining things to me when I was very disorganized with my info. He was so patient and kind, which made it much easier to communicate with him in general. My laptop is running so much better now that it's back. I can't recommend him enough and though I hope I don't have many technological issues in the future, if I do, I will happily bring them to him.

I didn’t win the Powerball last night, but I hit the jackpot this morning when I called Juvix. 🙂 I can’t begin to express how grateful I am. My hard drive failed late last night and I called Juvix this morning in a bit of a panic. He calmly asked me questions and made time for me today. I am walking out a few hours later with my computer operating better than when I went in. Juvix took as much time as needed to make sure I was comfortable with what he was doing. And the price was definitely right. I can’t even describe what he provides as exceptional customer service. It is exceptional humanity. Juvix is a killer tech guy with a big heart. When you meet a person like him, it almost makes you grateful your hard drive crashed...almost. 😉

Juvix repaired an old, beloved desktop that I wasn't ready to get rid of. He resolved a thorny problem (bad motherboard) in a surprisingly inexpensive way. Also, he's a nice guy & very pleasant to deal with.

Excellent service!!! Dude really knows his stuff and is super nice. High recommend him. He fixed my iPhone that I dropped in the sink. He told me straight up that liquid damage can be repaired but for me to bring my phone him asap, and so I did. Yo really fixed my phone using his microscope thing. This was the best computer tech I've ever met. He resolved my issue in a few minutes and unlike various other places he didn't charge me a crazy amount of money because of his knowledge and my lack of knowledge. Highly recommend! Not only did he fix the problems I brought to his attention to my Xbox one console he voluntarily fixed problems I didn’t even know were there free of charge. “Yea I’m don’t like the way those work in Xbox so I put in a better one.” He provided daily updates at all times of the day, gave his personal cell phone number for easy contact, and had flexible pickup times. Deserves to have “the tech guy” in his name.

Justin was great - friendly, affordable, and quick once he got the parts for what I wanted done! The only thing remotely negatively I'd have to say is sometimes communication was difficult - that being said though, still 5 stars!
