Juvix was fantastic. I would recommend his services to anyone. He was extremely detail-oriented and I enjoyed speaking with him and the other employees in the store. Friendly and talented— Juvix and his team of techies are hands down the best computer technicians I’ve ever worked with. They fixed an older model laptop that everyone else struggled to find the part for- one well-known tech company told me it was almost impossible to get the part I needed - that it would take over a month to get- Juvix fixed it in no time. Juvix the Tech Guy is just great! I am not tech savvy, so the fact that he explained, in clear language, everything that had happened to my laptop and its software was exceptional. He diagnosed the problem, got a good fix for it, quickly, and at a low cost. He is very customer-oriented. I will go back to him with any tech problems I have in the future, and recommend him highly to those of you who are technology challenged like me. He's very nice, very smart, and very responsive. What else would you want?

This guy is amazing. Super knowledgeable about electronics. I came to get my PS4 fixed, he demonstrated exactly what was wrong and addressed it. While he was working, we got to talking about other systems. Midway through the visit I knew I was coming back again to get my N64 repaired and my other electronics too. He is the one stop shop, honest, friendly and knowledgeable.

Thankful for the care taken to get my laptop up and running again. Friendly service and willing to do whatever it takes to resolve your issue. My husband and I enjoyed conversing with Juvix and we learned a lot about how technology works. Reasonably priced and fast service. Highly recommended. Tip: Park on Chestnut Street side of the building and enter through Mill Centre entrance with the wooden steps and blue awning for easy access to this business.

I didn’t win the Powerball last night, but I hit the jackpot this morning when I called Juvix. 🙂 I can’t begin to express how grateful I am. My hard drive failed late last night and I called Juvix this morning in a bit of a panic. He calmly asked me questions and made time for me today. I am walking out a few hours later with my computer operating better than when I went in. Juvix took as much time as needed to make sure I was comfortable with what he was doing. And the price was definitely right. I can’t even describe what he provides as exceptional customer service. It is exceptional humanity. Juvix is a killer tech guy with a big heart. When you meet a person like him, it almost makes you grateful your hard drive crashed...almost. 😉

Great guy to deal with. Really came in clutch when I needed a charger same day. Big box stores all failed me. Will be going back for any other electronics repairs or needs.

Juvix repaired an old, beloved desktop that I wasn't ready to get rid of. He resolved a thorny problem (bad motherboard) in a surprisingly inexpensive way. Also, he's a nice guy & very pleasant to deal with.

Fantastic, knowledgeable, helpful. My first inkling that I would have a good experience was when I was lost coming to his shop for the first time and he was about ready to take his truck and pick me up to save me the hassle. He explained everything perfectly and in a way that the layperson could understand. The costs were perfectly reasonable— get your stuff required here because you’ll have an excellent experience all around.

I had an on a scale of 1-10 10! Kind of emergency and Juvix the tech guy was literally a saving grace ! My phone completely turned into a dud and he was able to save it with swapping with another screen I had all while still saving my facial recognition . He is literally a saving grace . He is the best and convenient! I HIGHLY recommend
