I had an on a scale of 1-10 10! Kind of emergency and Juvix the tech guy was literally a saving grace ! My phone completely turned into a dud and he was able to save it with swapping with another screen I had all while still saving my facial recognition . He is literally a saving grace . He is the best and convenient! I HIGHLY recommend

Extremely personable service. Juvix, the tech guy, is a gem that really knows how to fix the problem and does not attempt to break the bank while doing it. I dropped my console off less than 24 hours ago and while I was warned that there was a back order and I may need to wait 2 days, he finished those orders and got my console back to me the next day. Juvix The Tech Guy was amazing. He helped me get pictures from 2 iPhones and a camera all in one place. He was very patient with my lack of tech Davy and just a knowledgeable all round nice guy. I highly recommend him!

Had a very nice experience with these guys. I spilled hot tea on my laptop and took a minute too long to turn it off. Took it over the next morning. These guys patiently heard my concerns and gave me updates every time I wanted to know about the status. What I had thought of initially as being a hefty logic board replacement, turned out to be a thorough cleaning and replacement of some other parts. All my data and software is intact and the price seems to be reasonable. Would recommend these guys.

Friendly and talented— Juvix and his team of techies are hands down the best computer technicians I’ve ever worked with. They fixed an older model laptop that everyone else struggled to find the part for- one well-known tech company told me it was almost impossible to get the part I needed - that it would take over a month to get- Juvix fixed it in no time. He told me straight up that liquid damage can be repaired but for me to bring my phone him asap, and so I did. Yo really fixed my phone using his microscope thing. Highly recommend! Not only did he fix the problems I brought to his attention to my Xbox one console he voluntarily fixed problems I didn’t even know were there free of charge. “Yea I’m don’t like the way those work in Xbox so I put in a better one.” He provided daily updates at all times of the day, gave his personal cell phone number for easy contact, and had flexible pickup times. Deserves to have “the tech guy” in his name.

What a great experience! From the very beginning Juvix was really responsive and made it easy to get there. From there, it was really obvious that this guy knows his stuff and explains and shows you everything. He’s very clear, works quickly and very well for a really good price. I’m a student who was in a crazy time crunch as I prepared to study abroad and he was able to affordably accommodate everything I needed in a super timely fashion.

This guy is amazing. Super knowledgeable about electronics. I came to get my PS4 fixed, he demonstrated exactly what was wrong and addressed it. While he was working, we got to talking about other systems. Midway through the visit I knew I was coming back again to get my N64 repaired and my other electronics too. He is the one stop shop, honest, friendly and knowledgeable.
